Duane Hicks Just in time for the official start of spring, ring-billed gulls have begun reappearing in Borderland, including this one seen at the Sorting Gap Marina yesterday evening. Local lore has it that once the gulls return, there only are three snowfalls left. Let’s hope that’s true.
