Downtown shoppers may have noticed a new sign at Gourmet Outfitters last month. The sign was designed by Vermilion Bay artist Burton Penner, who also did the Northwoods Gallery & Gifts sign as well as the Great Canadian Main Street signs at both ends of Scott Street.
