Heather Latter Work has begun on a 10-unit apartment complex at 237 Eighth St. W. in order to help address the need to provide safe, affordable housing to aboriginal people living off-reserve. The project, being developed by Wahkaihganun Futures Corp., is expected to be completed by November.
