The Official Blues Brothers Revival—the third “tour de Fort” concert of the 2007-08 season—wowed the crowd at the Townshend Theatre last night with soulful tunes, energetic dancing, and plenty of audience interaction. The fourth concert of the season—tenor trio “Romanza”—will perform here Thursday, Nov. 29.

Fort Frances High School student Ken Kellar performed “Recruiting Sergeant” during a Remembrance Day ceremony there this morning. Most local elementary schools also staged ceremonies today, with the main one to be held Sunday starting at 10:56 a.m. at the cenotaph.
