Second World War veteran Tommy Medicine read words of wisdom in front of the newly-unveiled Phase One of the Rainy River First Nations’ War Veteran and Armed Forces Monument on Sunday in conjunction with Remembrance Day. The memorial is located along Highway 11/71 at Manitou Rapids.
