Whitehall Construction of Thunder Bay finished up its restoration work on the front of the CIBC building on Scott Street this week. Extensive scaffolding, erected around the bank when a crew began working at the start of October, was taken down Tuesday. The contractor will be back in the spring to restore the sides. Small pieces of the building’s facade had started falling off at the northeast and northwest corners back in April.
