Staff
Six local junior and senior YBC bowlers made the long trek to Timmins for the provincial round of the Youth Challenge tournament on Saturday.
The boys’ team, consisting of Travis Bois, Tyler Good, Donny Brown, and Lyle Dolph (coached by Carolyn Stamarski), finished sixth while Tylyn Silander helped the girls’ team to a fourth-place showing.
The mixed squad, featuring Natasha Petawanaqueb, also came fourth in Timmins.
