SIMCOE, Ont.—Police in Simcoe, Ont., are looking for a thief with an apparent appetite for other people’s shoes.
Norfolk OPP say a passenger was in a vehicle in the drive-thru lane at a McDonald’s restaurant early yesterday with their feet dangling out the side window.
A young man then wandered by and yanked both shoes off the passenger’s feet, then fled on foot toward a nearby car wash.
Police describe the suspect as white, about 18 years old with dirty blonde hair, and wearing a grey long-sleeved shirt with khaki pants and a blue hat on backwards.
The shoes are grey Sanuk brand casual style shoes, size 12.
