The Rainy River Bass Tournament was a huge success this past weekend, with 18 teams joining in for the one day event. According to organizers, it was a great family event – 14 of the anglers were under 18, with 10 father/son or father/daughter combinations.
The winning team was Jason and Oliver Gibbons 24.80 lbs. Second place father daughter team Troy and Olivia Kreger 21.15 lbs. 3rd place was Allan Wolaniki and Lennie Larson 18.73 lbs.
Big fish was Oliver Gibbons 5.39 lbs; second was Jack Wood with 5.04 lbs.
