Whether it’s getting up extra early to make coffee, sleeping in extra late, or leaving town altogether for a road trip, Fort Frances Power Corp. and Hydro One customers east of Fort Frances will have to find a way to cope with not having electricity for six hours this Sunday (Oct. 2).
All FFPC customers, as well as more than 1,040 Hydro One customers in Couchiching FN, Watten, Halkirk, Farrington, Red Gut FN, and Rainy Lake 18C FN, won’t have power from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
The interruption is necessary so Hydro One can perform equipment upgrades.
