The UV-bead bracelet station proved to be popular during “Pop-up Play” at the Lions Park in Fort Frances this morning. The event was put on by the Northwestern Health Unit, Gizhewaadiziwin Health Access Centre and KidSport Fort Frances, and offered fun activities like croquet and an obstacle course, as well as an opportunity to enjoy the park’s play equipment. “Pop-up Play” is scheduled to run every Thursday from 10 a.m. until noon until Aug. 22.
