Fort Frances resident Noah Armstrong was ready for his match against Mighty Mustangs’ teammate Hannah Anderson from International Falls at the inauguaral “Top of the Nation” wrestling meet yesterday at Falls High School. Armstrong, who defeated Anderson, went on to finish in third place in the 75- to 80-pound division.
