The Muskie boys’ hockey team was put through their paces during a workout at Energy Fitness Centre yesterday. The Muskies were being whipped into shape by Energy owner Jackie Lampi-Hughes in preparation for the start of their season, which gets underway with a tournament against teams from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Thunder Bay on Nov. 3-5 at the Ice for Kids Arena here.
