Pat Herr picked the winning ticket for the Fort Frances Kiwanis Club’s “Trip of the Month” draw for February this morning at International Travel Services here as Kiwanian Robin Wright looked on. Shaun and Teresa Bagacki of Fort Frances will be heading on a Honolulu—a trip valued at $4,200. Next month’s draw is for a trip to Orlando.
