Jeremiah Windigo read a poem dedicated to his cousin, the late Thunderhawks’ defenceman Clayton “Beef” Windigo, prior to Saturday night’s game against the Manitoba Lightning at the Ice For Kids Arena. Windigo was killed in a swimming accident earlier this summer. Also pictured are emcee Jim Fowler and Jeremiah’s son.
