Winter getting you down? Well, if it’s any consolation, other parts of the world are feeling it, too. Local resident Karl Tosberg recently was sent this photo from his niece, Konstance Tosberg, in Aachen, Germany, near the border with Belgium, who built a snowman indicating “sommer” (German for summer) has gone “that-away.” Germany has been blasted by snow and ice over the past month, wreaking havoc with motorists and air travellers.
