Former Fort Frances residents Graeme Morgan (left) and Roy Tighe—seen here as characters from their short film, “Where Barry?”—are thrilled it has hit the film festival circuit. It will debut at the Capital City Film Festival in Lansing, Mich. from April 9-12 and it also won a Royal Reel Award for the Canadian Film Competition at the Canadian Independent Film Festival in Vancouver.
