Andréanne Fleck Saito, a keynote speaker from southern Ontario, spoke to members of the Northwest Catholic District School Board as part of “Wellness Day” at St. Francis School here yesterday. Saito spoke on the differences between mental health and mental illness, as well as the need to support students while reducing stigma.
