New docking for the Sorting Gap Marina has made its way out of storage, and is being installed by crews. The new docks were scheduled for installation last year, but historic flooding washed those plans away. This summer is shaping up to be closer to normal, allowing the docks to be safely installed. They will allow more boats to dock at the Marina, and the composite material is expected to have a longer life than wood.
