Mikel Ward tried to strip Red Lake Rams’ defenceman Tyson Marron of the puck from behind during the first period of the Muskie boys’ hockey team’s 5-0 win in Game 2 of their best-of-three NorWOSSA semifinal series on Saturday afternoon at the Ice For Kids Arena. Ward netted a second-period goal and also chipped in two assists in that one to help the Muskies sweep the series and advance to the NorWOSSA final.
