A large group of people gathered Tuesday morning to walk from the Fort Frances Senior Centre to the United Native Friendship Centre in memory and in honour of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two-Spirit people. The walk was sponsored by UNFC, Sunset Country Métis, Northwestern Ontario Métis Child & Family Services, Rainy River District Women’s Shelter of Hope and the Town of Fort Frances.
