Deonna Mainville, eight, and event organizer Allan Yerxa gathered with the other walking dead outside St. John’s Anglican Church on Saturday afternoon for the third-annual Fort Frances “Zombie Walk.” The event featured a walk around town, with the group of about 30 stopping near Central Avenue to have fun playing out a skirmish between zombies and zombie hunters. Everyone then headed back to the church, where snacks were served and prizes handed out for the best costumes.
