The IG Wealth Management Walk for Al- zheimers couldn’t have asked for a better day on Sunday, May 30 to host the annual fund- raising event. Even though continuing restric- tions make large events difficult, the Walk has successfully run the past two years in a virtual format, allowing participants to take part and raise money and awareness from wherever they choose to safely do so. Above, Anita Artyszuk decorated her bike and took off on a cross-town tour, collecting donations the entire day until she finally made it home at 6:00 p.m. Meanwhile, Pam Munn, right, was the winner of the Alzheimer Society of Kenora-Rainy River Districts’ online draw for a movie night basket, assembled right here in Fort Frances by Micaela Jensen.
