Leading Seaman Chelsea Barron, with the 144 Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Fort Frances, placed a memento at the gravesite of Sulo William Alanen, a rifleman with the Royal Winnipeg Rifles, at the Beny-sur-Mer Canadian War Cemetery in Normandy while visiting France and Belgium earlier this month.
