Fort Frances Lakers’ defenceman Phil Jennrich found himself under attack from Wisconsin Wilderness forward Tom Paine as he rushed up the ice during Friday night’s SIJHL playoff game at the Ice For Kids Arena here. The Lakers won 6-2 to take the two-game, total-goal series by a margin of 9-6, but the visiting Wilderness ending up winning the series in a shootout to earn the right to choose their SIJHL semi-final opponent.
