Alessio Tomassetti fired a shot that beat goalie Mike Bannon early in the third period to tie the game at 3-3 against the visiting Fort William North Stars on Saturday. The Sabres ended up losing 6-5 in overtime, but Tomassetti was named first star for his goal and for setting up Brock Owen’s goal late in the third which sent the game into the extra frame.
