Lynden Peters, left, Izzy Meeks, Olivia Allen, and Cadence Smith showed off the postcard they will be sending to a new penpal during the first meeting of the new school year for the “Tween Club” yesterday afternoon at the Fort Frances Public Library. The girls used the website “Postcrossing” to find penpals and then filled out postcards to send to them, with the expectation they’ll be getting postcards sent to them in return. Youths aged nine-12 are urged to come by the library each Monday from 4-5 p.m. for fun and informative activities geared towards them.
