Dressed as a pirate, Charity McMahon of the Zaagi-idiwin Aboriginal Headstart Program handed out treats to little trick-or-treaters Saturday during the second-annual “Trunk or Treat” event at the Fort Frances Public Library. While the number of “trunks” was down slightly from last year, it seemed the number of children was up. Despite the drizzly weather, organizers called it an overwhelming success.
