Sarah Noonan of La Place Rendez-Vous pulled the winning ticket for the Fort Frances Kiwanis Club’s All-Cruise Trip of the Month draw for July this morning. Nathan Svoboda of Fort Frances is the winner of a British Isles cruise, valued at $4,600. Next month’s draw will be for a Western Caribbean Cruise ($3,900).
