The Town of Fort Frances’ Linda Carmody pulled the winning ticket for the Fort Frances Kiwanis Club’s Trip of the Month draw for September this morning. Chris Hayes of Fort Frances is the winner of a trip to Cuba, valued at $4,000. Next month’s draw is for a trip to New York City ($3,800).
