New Kiwanis president Shanda DeGagne-Begin drew the “Trip of the Month” winner alongside fellow Kiwanian Robin Wright yesterday morning at International Travel Services. The winner of November’s trip to the Riviera Maya—worth $4,200—was Rita Bagacki of Fort Frances. Next month’s draw will be for a trip to Costa Rica, worth $5,500.
