Newly-minted “Citizen of the Year” Joyce Cunningham reached in and pulled out the December winner of the Kiwanis “Trip of the Month” draw alongside Kiwanian Dr. Bob Lidkea yesterday morning. Rick and Lorraine Baker were the winners of a trip to Costa Rica valued at $5,500. Tickets for the 2011 “Trip of the Month” draw are now on sale—and going fast.
