Theiah MacDonald, left, owner of new downtown business, Resolution Vapes & E-liquids, drew the winner of the December “Trip of the Month” draw this morning at International Travel Services as Kiwanian Robin Wright looked on. Tyler Cousineau of Fort Frances is heading to Scotland, a trip valued at $5,000. Tickets for the 2016 trip draw are on sale now for $120 at ITS, Robin Wright-Investors Group, and from Kiwanians.
