Toni Cupp, owner of ‘Tonic Tattoos” on Scott Street, drew the Kiwanis Trip of the Month winner after Kiwanian Robin Wright spun the tickets this morning at International Travel Services. The winner was Terry Randolph of Ranier, Mn., who won a trip to Vancouver Island valued at $4,300. Next month’s draw is for $4,000 trip to Hawaii.
