Georges Blanc was ready to enjoy a plate of Greek food during the “Taste of Our World” event Friday evening at the Little Beaver Snow Park lodge as helper Nina Stopa looked on. Three international cusines were offered, also including Indian and Thai, allowing guests to experience authentic ethnic offerings.
