Arlene Tucker handed out a pamphlet yesterday to vehicles travelling on Highway #11 through Couchiching First Nation as part of the band’s informational slowdown to share the reasons why it is planning to set up a toll booth near the west end of the Noden Causeway starting at noon tomorrow.
