Mackenna Henttonen and Macey McMillen, Grade 4 students at Robert Moore School, used popsicle sticks to roll up boiled maple syrup off snow yesterday to create “Les sucettes au sirop d’érable.” The French-Canadian tradition is one of many that students in Nathalie von Niebelschutz’ French classes have learned about this year.
