Kay Redford handed over a donation of some toy cars to Andy C of 93.1 The Border and “Frosty the Snowman” during the station’s “Burst the Bus” initiative Saturday on Scott Street. All proceeds of unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items are going to the local Salvation Army.
