The refurbished lookout tower along the riverfront now is sporting festive lights, spreading Christmas cheer high into sky. These “snowflake” lights, which are on loan from the BIA, recently were put up by the Fort Frances Power Corp., and have since been supplemented by strings of more traditional lights bought by town council.
