Sam Hayes and Mike Badiuk were one of the last teams to take to the water this morning for the start of the Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship. The three-day tournament got underway with 106 teams competing for the top prize of $25,000. Weigh-ins for Day 1 and 2 start at 3:30 p.m. at the ’52 Canadians Arena, with the final weigh-in beginning at 3 p.m. on Saturday.
