In one of the more touching scenes of the evening, celebrated local hockey player Frank “Ike” Eisenzoph was inducted posthumously into the athletes’ category during the inaugural Fort Frances Sports Hall of Fame induction dinner Saturday at La Place Rendez-Vous. Accepting the honour on Eisenzoph’s behalf were his brother-in-law, Jack Langtry, left, and his widow, Jean Eisenzoph. Making the presentation was Hall of Fame organizing committee member Terry Ogden in front of a full house of about 200 people.
