RRFDC chair Gord Armstrong presented Alicia Armstrong of StyLush Salon with the New Business Award. Armstrong assumed ownership of the former Celeste’s Beauty Salon back on Feb. 1 and, along with her team, has continued to proudly provide clientele with salon services.
