Jean Richards believes good things come in small packages. Richards, who is the “Artist of the Month” for May at the Fine Line Art Gallery on Mowat Avenue, has a new exhibit of miniature paintings on display there entitled “In a Small Way.” The galllery’s “Then and Now” exhibit also continues through the end of this month.
