Ashlee Homer, with a little help from her mom, Cindy, got to test out the water at the Memorial Sports Centre pool yesterday. The “Starfish” program, designed for infants who can lift their own head up to age 18 months, helps introduce children to water while also helping to teach parents about water safety.
