Participants in this year’s Terry Fox Run set out from the Sorting Gap Marina yesterday during the annual event, which raises funds for cancer research. Organizers from the Church of the Holy Spirit, which again hosted the run, indicated numbers were down slightly from last year. But participants enjoyed the beautiful weather and were treated to a bowl of chili afterwards. The overall amount raised was not available as of press time.
