The Fort Frances Lakers ran a popular hot dog barbecue at the annual Teddy Bear Picnic on Friday, June 28. Rain couldn’t stop the fun, as hundreds of kids, parents and teddy bears enjoyed face painting, EMS vehicles, bouncy castles and more at the arena auditorium. The event is hosted by the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre, with the support of the Friends of the Library and numerous community partners.
