Ontario Soccer Association president Ron Smale spoke to local soccer heads, coaches, and players at the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre on Tuesday night as part of a province-wide tour the OSA is conducting. Smale, along with executive director Lisa Beatty and chief technical officer Alex Cheit, discussed the OSA’s long-term player development strategy.
