Construction of the Edgewood Townhomes on Front Street continues to move forward. The project has been off to a slower start than developer Syncor Contracting Ltd. hoped for, partially due to an unexpected volume of work it had to do in Thunder Bay, but the pace is picking up again. The local development is seeing interest—one of the five units has been sold and another is pending—while Syncor has fielded 15-20 inquires.
