Fourth-grader Cameron Bowles used a popsicle stick to roll up maple syrup that had been boiled and poured onto snow as French students at Robert Moore School created “Les sucettes au sirop d’érable.” The sweet treat has been one of many French-Canadian traditions students have been learning throughout the year in Nathalie von Niebelschutz’s classes.
