The docks at the lower river boat launch in Fort Frances haven’t escaped the high water from this spring’s flooding. Many homes are still grappling with flooded yards and damaged basements, after record rainfalls and a quick thaw overwhelmed the town’s storm sewers and sanitation pumps.
